Order Terms and Conditions
1. Services Provided
Snap N Share LLC agrees to deliver, set up, and operate the selected photo booth for the duration of the rental period. Services may include:
Professional attendant(s) if applicable
Unlimited photo sessions during the rental time
Digital and/or print photos (if applicable)
Props and decorations (if applicable)
Red carpet & stanchions for indoor events
Custom photo template design
2. Payment Terms
Total Fee & Deposit: As agreed upon on the order page or through direct communication with Snap N Share LLC.
Deposit: Non‑refundable and required to secure the booking.
Remaining Balance: Due three (3) days prior to the event date if not already paid in full.
A booking is not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
3. Cancellations & Refunds
Client cancellation 14+ days before event: Deposit is non‑refundable; any additional payments will be refunded.
Client cancellation within 14 days of event: No refunds will be issued.
Company cancellation: If Snap N Share LLC is unable to perform due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, accident, equipment failure, etc.), all payments will be refunded in full.
4. Venue & Setup Requirements
The Client must ensure venue access at least 2 hour before the event start time for setup.
Snap N Share LLC requires:
Approximately 10 ft. x 10 ft. of space for booth setup
Access to a standard power outlet
A safe and suitable environment for equipment and staff
5. Liability
Snap N Share LLC is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or damages resulting from misuse of equipment by guests.
The Client is responsible for any damages to Snap N Share LLC equipment caused by guests.
Snap N Share LLC is not liable for delays or service interruptions caused by venue restrictions, electrical issues, or force majeure events (natural disasters, etc.).
6. Additional Terms
Overtime (if requested on the day of the event) will be billed based on the product ordered.
Only Snap N Share LLC staff may operate or move photo booth equipment.
Event photos may be used for Snap N Share LLC marketing purposes unless the Client submits a written request opting out.
